This unit is recognized by the computer and goes through its start up process moving the scanning components but we are unable to get it to scan. We are unsure if this is a software issues or an issue with the scanner. We are not the original owners of the unit and we do not know the history. Purchase includes the scanner only, No power cords or other accessories are included. We are not accepting returns on this purchase.
