Please note the coffee part of the machine is fully working. The milk frother is NOT working (needs repair - I believe it may need a new thermal fuse internally - they are very cheap and the guide to change is online). I am not certain about this though. Please see the additional milk frother parts this comes with - they require a good clean but more than come with a normal machine
