Please look at photos carefully. Although this package has not been opened, the floss has been wound around a piece of cardboard and the colors labeled by hand. I believe this item was repackaged. I do not see another Shepherd’s Bush kit that has the strange label at the top of the package. So I am listing this as used. The cloth, small packet of buttons and needle are included. But it is possible that the floss may not be complete??? Perhaps I should have opened the package to photograph the items, but I’m always hesitant to do so.
