The neck was very bent. I fixed the cracks (I also lacquered the surface, and the fixed cracks are solid under it. They are not opening or anything and they feel smooth to the touch). I want the action even lower but the truss rod nut is very hard to turn at this point, and I don’t want to force it too much.
