So I just got off the phone with straight talk. The phone has to be under straight talk service for 60 days. My father in law only had it for 30 days. So it would have to be reactivated under straight talk for another 30 days before it can be unlocked. Yes it can be unlocked after another 30 days under straight talk services, she confirmed that.
