Enkeeo Joker Personality Skateboard 22” READ. The skateboard is Preowned and shows wear, photos included for reference. The wheels seem stiff when attempting to spin them by hand. I am not sure if that is how this board is supposed to be or if there is a replacement needed of the wheels/trucks. Please review all photos and feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
