Boxed with extension cord and user guide (see photos). Reformatted (High Sierra fresh install), working. Perfectly working. Upgraded to 8 GB RAM, original hard drive replaced with a Samsung SSD. Tiny crack in the plastic close to the plug(see photo) that doesn't affect functionality in no way.
