This is a lightly used fiber illuminator by Seiwa Optical / Correct Tokyo. This illuminator module is equipped with a 0 - 10 scale manual light control. This control adjusts the brightness of the light source. This unit fits most generic fiber optic cables with a single port. This port has a screw for holing the fiber optic cable into place. On the bottom of the item there is a flap opening to the lamp. This flap makes for easy maintenance of the lamp. Three way switch with functions of Fan On, Lamp on ,& Off. This light source comes with a fuse as well. The fuse is rated for 80° C.
