I purchased this Raspberry Pi brand new and used it at home for a mini server. It has always been kept in its case with heat sinks and active cooling. I recently upgraded so I am selling it. The Raspberry Pi 5 is in excellent condition and everything works great. I am also including the case shown in the photos.
