This iPhone is able to turn on but it doesn't restore. I tried to restore myself and at the apple store and was told I would need a new motherboard. When you shake the iPhone the battery or motherboard seems or feels to be loose. It gives an error code of (2015) and (2010) when I try to restore. the iPhone may contain scratches but overall it seems pretty clean in my opinion. If you have any questions let me know.
