Listing is for a Yarna CWD48 whole house electronic water descaler. When I plugged it is, the screen flashes a light and does not show it's normal display. There is a video of this within the photos. There are 2-3 tiny marker marks along the tape, and one of the plastic screw mounting holes has broken off (see photos). Good project for someone who knows what they're doing.
