If you have your HVAC wiring system without a "C" wire, you will need to buy a separate "C" wire adapter. The Thermostat doesn't connect to Wifi. Otherwise, works great. No issues. This type of thermostat is a universal solution for your heat pump, AC, or/and and central heating radiator systems.
