here I have a blink pan camera that I purchase from one of those Amazon bins return..it is locked the serial number is registered to a different account so there's no way of making it work it's good for parts or to put in your own module in it if you know what you're doing.. other than that cosmetically good a few wear and tear not noticeable it will come with its original power cable and charging block..good luck
