Do not factory reset, as this will remove the bb id block. All wiped and ready to go, no annoying id that will be on other Z10 s sold on here. and a free case too. All you get is an occasional reminder ( which you just delete) that you cannot use certain BB services without it (ID) BUT YOU CANT ANYWAY AS BB DONT EXIST NOW.
