Does require 4 AA batteries. I will assist you with this any way I can. If you are and have actually read this far in my loooong “list of rules”, you have way more patience than I do! An example of this would be if it was originally a set of 4 glasses and only one was broken, I will still need the other 3 glasses to be sent back as well.
