The unit powers on and boots up to windows 7 as shown. The touch screen is working and the usb and network ports are working but other functions have not been tested. We are not the original owners of the unit and we do not know the history. Purchase includes the All-In-One touchscreen unit with power cord only. We are not accepting returns on this purchase.
