40 CH citizens band transceiver made by Realistic (TRC-421A). Realistic was owned by Radio Shack, which was a division of the Tandy Corporation. It was manufactured in roughly 1983. It includes the mounting bracket, knob for adjusting the bracket, Dynamic microphone and wiring.
