Corcom 6VJ1 Portafusibile presa alimentazione da pannello IEC320-C14
(You get a free 1/2A fuse!). It's manufactured by Corcom currently. I added a copy of the Corcom datasheet to the pictures here. Even Corcom's datasheet calls this a filter. It is not a filter. No screws.
