This iPod touch 3rd generation is in good condition. The battery holds a charge and the screen has minimal scratching. The back is more scratched up because of the stainless steel finish, but it's always been in a Belkin case to combat this. This was originally running iOS 5.1.1 when I got it, but I downgraded it to iOS 4.1 with a computer and I was able to jailbreak it allowing for endless custom tweaks. Unfortunately, I can't include a charger with this because the only charging cord I have is a bit broken. But again, the iPod works very well for his age. Please note that it will be basically factory reset. No data on it but you will not need to connect it to iTunes to set it up unless you desire that. Thanks for looking
