Great gaming laptop. Used for multiple years no issues. Charger is also included. Small hole came from bestbuy upgrading my ram and using the wrong screw size. Has no effect on performance of the laptop. Still runs great! I7 10th gen 32gb ram 2070 1tb Nvme ssd
