Antico giocattolo tedesco rimorchio trainato da cavalli Land & Eisenbahn "Movimento mobili"
This would be from the early 1900s but I do not know an exact date. This is in great shape for its age but will show wear from age and use that will include discoloration, cracking at seams, marks, etc.
