Used. Hi pot tested and passed at 5KV. At just over 7KV though it had 12-14uA of leakage current. Would not recommend above 5KV. I have already cleaned and then used rubbing alcohol on ceramic to make sure it wasn’t dirt or oil causing the leakage.
