Blackmagic Design UltraStudio Mini Recorder. No cables. There is a small chip in the metal on the SDI connector, which does not affect the connectivity. Video interface works fine when connected to my MacBook via SDI and HDMI. I have not been able to get audio through the device and do not know why.
