Sylvanian Families Larchwood Lodge plus lots of accessories, condition is played with so there are some minor marks/wear, a panel of the fence at the front of the Lodge is missing & a couple of pieces of furniture have damage, I pictured the ones with issues, such as the loo roll holder has come unstuck, the bed frame is squashed/misshapen and the kitchen table top has snapped from the base(I've temporarily blu tacked it as I don't have any super glue to hand) please look at photos carefully to see condition and everything that's included, I'm happy to take more photos if required, from a smoke free but pet friendly home
