Based on the novel by MYSTIC RIVER author Dennis Lehane, GONE BABY GONE marks the directorial debut of actor Ben Affleck. Of particular note is Amy Ryan as the mother of the abducted girl. It makes for an uncomfortable but affecting dichotomy.
