Lovely plates, does not have the Kew Gardens connection . Only has the had made Portmeirion stamp on the back, 2 actually have "sample" on them so I would say these are prior to being taken on under Kew Gardens licence so veryvrare. Some very minor usage marks no other damage 24/230
