Up for sale: Vexta driven Teflon coated Leadscrews with anti-backlash nut. I'm not sure who the manufacturer is though. Could be Kerk. I'm sorry but I don't know the pitch of these actuators. The Vexta stepper motor integrated with the leadscrew also has an encoder.
