To be honest, I don’t know much about this. I received it in a surplus lot. It doesn’t look like it’s ever even been used. If you look at the cable loops there’s nowhere, but it does appear to be missing one of the caps on the bottom, but the guts are in it, and it doesn’t look like it’s ever been taken apart, it is sold as is and it will ship the same day. Don’t have original pkg. It could be perfectly fine.
