CONDITION : On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being PERFECT; I rate this chair an 8 out of 10. This is due to the lightly scuffed ORIGINAL vinyl upholstery from age and usage with a small area of tiny pin-holes which does NOT detract from its beauty as can be verified in all the pictures.
