This DOES include the TV. I started with just taking it apart to make more space then didn't realize I hadn't taken a picture of the TV build till I was nearly finished disassembling. Used an old picture, sorry it's not the best shot of it. The set is 100% complete, with both instructions manuals. The NES and Controller do have slight sun- damage yellowing. I did my best to show this in pictures.
