The Focal ISN-4 Shallow Slim 4" 40W RMS mid woofers are premium car speakers designed and manufactured in France. Ran 70w rms through a Polyglass 3 way crossover. More than likely, due to the crossover feeding the 6.5 woofer the larger share of power, they saw 15-20w.
