item has been reset to factory settings with chrome installed. the unit has a new battery installed and is holding a good charge. the touch screen, palmrest, speakers and touch pad all are working as intended. there are marks and or scratches on upper and lower cases.on one unit the lower middle screw is missing due to the plastic on the case being broken. no charger is included. build date 10/2019
