item has been reset to factory settings with chrome installed. both units have a new battery installed and holding a good charge. the touch screen, palmrest and speakers all work as intended. there are minor marks and or scratches on upper and lower cases. there is a stylus included on both. no charger is included. build dates are 07/2019, 10/2019x2
