I have a Qanba Titan arcade stick for SONY PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, but it also works on PC. I replaced the Sanwa parts with Hori Hayabusa lever and buttons. I included a 2lb spring if you want a heavier option than the default spring. I will also include the Kowal octopus if you want to replace the default square gate with an octagon, and the Kowal actuator activates the switches quicker than the default actuator for faster inputs.
