item has been reset to factory settings with chrome installed. all 3 have had new hinge covers installed plus new batteries installed and hold a good charge. there are minor marks and or scratches on the upper case, lower case and on the palmrest. the bezel screw covers are missing on 2 of them and there is a crack on the upper left part of the bezel on one. the charger is not included. build date 12/2017, 04/2017,01/2018
