I don’t actually think this was used. But it was stored for a while and the metal has tarnished and will need to be cleaned The leather is still soft and supple I think it’s a leash and collar meant for service animals but I’ve never seen one quite like it. Please look carefully at all the photos The collar itself is for a small to medium sized dog and the leash measures approximately 72” Leather strap of leash is approximately 3/8” wide and the collar 5/8” wide
