item has been reset to factory settings with chrome installed. it has several small bright spots on the screen but doesn't affect usage. the touch screen, keyboard, touch pad and speakers all work as intended. the battery holds a good charge. there are marks and or scratches on upper and lower cases. there is a stylus included but no charger included. build date 11/2020
