I believe this was originally from The Encyclopedia of Health and Physical Culture: A Comprehensive Guide to the Proper Care and Complete Development of the Human Body with Detailed Directions for the Prevention and Treatment of Disease, 1933. A remarkable little piece of medical history. The paper is a little weak where it folds upwards . Top layer is missing part of the lower right corner . There is one 3/4” tear along the top edge.
