(I tried with Panasonic 14-42mm, 14-45mm, Olympus 30mm, Olympus 14-150mm and there were no hotspots, but Laowa 7.5mm and Olympus 45mm f/1.8 had hotspots. Don't be afraid to break the rules :). Take images in a bright sunshine with blue sky to get best results.
