the item has been reset to factory settings with a new main board installed. the battery holds a good charge and the touch screen, touch pad, keyboard and speakers all work as intended. there are minor marks and or scratches on the upper and lower cases. there is a stylus included and no charger included. will ship in the original box with a manual. build date 07/2021
