the item has been reset to factory settings with chrome installed. it has a new main board and wi-fi card installed. the battery holds a good charge.. the palmrest, touch pad and speakers all work as intended. there are scratches and or marks on upper and lower cases. There are also 2 cracks on the upper right and left corners of the bezel but doesn't affect usage. there is also a mark on the screen from the keyboard from previous use but it doesn't affect usage. The aftermarket charger is included. build date 06/2022
