Vintage Sony Walkman Radio Cassette Player WM-AF605/BF605 Radio Turns On/ For Parts Is missing the original flat battery and battery compartment shows light corrosion on lid. I was able to get it to turn on with auxiliary battery unit. The radio works, I plugged in headphones and could hear the radio. When cassette is loaded, it sounded like it wants to turn on, but would not work. It might just need a flat battery to work properly but I’m not sure so, I’m selling as parts or repair.
