Used - Working as expected. The Player itself has a few scratches. Some penetrate to the metal, others are just surface level. These are minor and most folks won't be bothered by them. The Remote is working, but is not in fantastic shape. There is a rattling of small particles inside the Remote. We tried to remove them with no success. The contacts, specifically the negative contact, has some rust from a corroded battery. The damage seems minimal and is now mainly cosmetic. The remote does work as expected.
