New OEM herman miller sayl fully adjustable arms. The arms go up and down and the arm pads swivel all ways. These are the ones you lift up slightly to get the arms to go up and down. Does not come with arm pads or the clips to lock them in. You can reuse the clips from the chair you have to clip them in.
