This is a gorgeous and very well made vintage National Security black hard rubber fountain pen with a clean 14k warranted nib. Pen has some discoloration but is in otherwise fantastic condition. Lever fill. Cap appears to have been chased but it's quite faded. Some discolored spots on barrel. High quality pen.
