This is a Full kit Including everything you need to extend your fcx24 By 20mm in the rear. Includes all links and drive shaft extender so you can use your stock drive shaft and save yourself about $15 versus buying an aftermarket drive shaft. This kit reuses some of the stock Hardware and includes three 2x10mm hex drive screws for the rest.
