An exceedingly rare hand made hammered leaking copper saucepan. Marked by the maker F Mazz next to the iron handle. The inside has been tinned which was the precursor to our stainless steel approach. Quite heavy at 2.4KG. Lightly cleaned not polished. Brass saucepan with iron handle. Note there would have been a grab handle on the opposite of the handle and where the handle joins the saucepan at the top there is a small gap in the join a little less than 2cm. I filled it with water to check for leaks and it leaks a small hole on bottom edge opposite handle and I think another by handle. Measures diameter 12 inches, with handle 21” and height 5”.
