It was opened only to load Windows. IT IS NOT INCLUDED. Drive was loaded with a GENUINE Microsoft Windows. Windows has been updated all drivers loaded. Works perfectly. If a computer has a problem booting it is typically the SATA Operation setting in the motherboard's BIOS.
