For sale is a rare SONY WV-BS1 VHS Hi8 Video8 NTSC cassette deck player from a workshop closure. According to a repair order from 2018, there are problems with the 8mm drive. We only tested it on/off with a lab transformer; the VHS player apparently works. The device is the 110-volt version and was likely previously operated with a step-down transformer, hence the standard Euro cable. We are offering this device to Sony enthusiasts for repair or parts.
