Tested and fully working. The left Joy-Con rail was replaced to resolve a connection issue, and it now works perfectly. The console itself is in great working condition. There is a small scratch on the top-right of the screen, but it does not affect the touchscreen or gameplay. Only the left Joy-Con was repaired; the console functions perfectly.
